MillyMae consists of two young sisters with a passion for cupcakes and a dream to start a shop. Spending all of their money on icing, and dreaming of confectionary, MillyMae is a place for cakes, puds and homemade goods.
What are you inspired by?
Phoebe Mae- "My love for baking truly began once watching the TV show 'Cake Boss' and finding the idea of making such beautiful masterpieces inspirational. I love Cath Kidston's spotty and floral prints, as they help me to think of ideas for possible new cake designs."
Milly Joy- "I find inspiration in almost everything. I'm naturally quite a creative person, therefore am always trying to find new things to create or learn. One of my biggest baking inspirations is Mary Berry, and The Great British Bake Off. The starting of series one is what helped me to realise my love for cupcakes."
Do you have any personal styles?
Phoebe Mae- "I love pretty and dainty cupcakes, as icing flowers are extremely fun to make. I love to incorporate seasons into my baking."
Milly Joy- "My favourite icing colours are white and light blue, and I love fantastical and whimsical ideas such as Alice in Wonderland."
